My small sharks are in the 50 to 60lb size and only when badly hooked with lots of damage do I keep em. Average good size to keep is 100lbs up to 200lbs. Not exactly harvesting, just keep one or two a season, pleanty of meat for sure. Great for shark fin soup as well. TL Rhino
