Is it even worth putting a RHINO BAR on a Yak Board?

Does anyone have any suggestions regarding wether or not I should put a Rhino Bar on a Yak Board even though my Kayak is very small. It is only about 8 ft long, but pretty wide. If you have any suggestions, please write me!

P.S- Anyone Know where the bite is on the So Cal Coast?
