Doug,
I live in Anaheim, and fish these plus a few more. For bays, theres 15th street in Balboa, and further down "K" street. If you launch out of "K", you have a few minutes of paddle time, but you turn around the south jetty to Corona Del mar. There's alot of halibuts there. They're in close to shore though, inside the swim area. Sandies are outside the swim area. If you go north on the 405 to Redondo Harbor, you can fish the harbor, just outside by the canyon, or turn south a few miles to Malaga Cove. Bass, halibut and WSB(Malaga Cove)are all possible. Small boneheads are also in the harbor. South of us it Dana Point, of course LaJolla and Point Loma.

If you want to go out yak fishing sometime, drop me a E-Mail and we'll set something up. Hope this helps. Perry
