If you go to the homepage of this website you can see the flushmout rod holder article I wrote. There are pictures for every step. It's not hard to do and in the case of the rod holders, you will want to position them on your own. However the hatches you need to take much more care. I resealed the front hatch on mine and used stainless nuts and bolts.
