: Where is the article on the flush mount. Even if you do not have the time. I have 4 kids too. Can we get a simple post that we can refer back to.

You da man! Thanks, I needed that. I don't get enough pats on the back, lol.
If you go back to the homepage (click picture on left frame...I'm sure you know that though), scroll down to below the flags. You'll see it there. As well, I put a link in the equipment & gear section.

Bring your kids out here. We'll let'm play in the sand while we catch some Calicos and Rockfish. Great fishing right .5 mile out.

By the way, you may see more of Ted Mackel here and there (if I beg a little). He writes very well and obviously (check out his flushmount install) has a mechanical mind. This isn't rocket science, but I'm sure the guy could build a rocket if he had to.

I'm continually amazed by some of the "minds" lured in and hooked by this sport. I've met many intelligent people out on the water and online. If that isn't an indicator of a sport to be deemed worthy (along with another hundred factors), I don't know what is.

I also can appreciate "some" of the competitive nature that comes out of some people doing this sport. There's nothing more satisfying than being relatively skilled or proficient at an individual sport.

How's that for a brief message?

Tight lines,

jas
