Scoot, I was fishing from the Kent coast basically into the area where the N sea runs into the Thames estuary, near Margate (Birchington if anyone lnows teh area). There is only 1 kind of Bass here, often referred to as sea or silver bass..........And I was using rag worm. There is a flood pipeline that runs about 600m into the sea, I was fishing around he end area of this in a little bit of tide.I launch from a small beach at the bottom of my road, carrying the kayak on my shoulder using a strap throught the scuppers(i have to use padding for this lark ;-)...)I assume that everyone here is in the USA?....
Another question I would like to put to ppl, is when you go on your own, how do you manage to carry the kayak to the launch?..do you us trolleys?
