i fish the scupper pro and yes my butt get wet but what do you expect when your in the water doing a water sport. also, in order to keep a low center of gravity, which is critical, you have to sit low or below the water line. if water is a real problem, get a sit in side. all this whining about getting wet behoves me. if fish year around and especially in the fall and winter when it's the calmest and the water temp and wettness doesn't matter as long as i'm doing what i like, catching fish. randy
