Well they are new to me. I thought I invented these on one of my brainstorming missions out on the water. I guess they were already in production though I'm sure they're fairly new. The clips fold along side of the kayak. "Break" down clips.
Sierra Outdoor Sports has them for "cheapski". I also saw they are now stocking gaffs and a new style of bait buckets.
