Have any of you ever hear of the Burningman festival? It is a week long art/music festival that goes on in the blackrock desert of Nevada every summer...Its pretty cool. I have gone the past couple of years and have totally loved it...In past years I remember seeing guys bringing out huge surf rods and casting around vials of glow in the dark liquid (among other things). This years theme is even more relevant: it is called the floating world and is based around the deepsea (something us kayakfishermen can definitely appreciate). People will be making huge boat vehicles and crazy fish costumes, among many other neat things. I'm planning on bringing out some of my fishing rods and glow sticks to play around with. Are any of you guys going???
