I don't have any experience with the Dolphin or the Tarpon. Though I have a few years in a Scupper Pro TW. I am very pleased with the kayak. It's quick and can hold a fair amount of gear. The tankwell is key because there isn't that much deck space. But with that front hatch, you can store a lot of stuff in side the hull.
If you haven't been to the section already, check "Rigged Kayaks". There are 2 fully rigged Scupper Pro TWs there. My yellow one has since been modified with new flushmounts and speargun clips.
