This is what I did to make getting the cart under the kayak easier. I made this yoke out of wood and a stainless handle. I remove the spring clip to slide the handle forward to make it portable.
Just pick up the end of your kayak and slide it under. The handle could be made out of anything and any length. I removed the swing leg that comes with the cart.
This cart is sold by Cabela's and others for about 100 dollars and works much easier with this handle.
I am doing this in two posts cause I couldn't figure out how to get two pictures in one post.
