I live in the Huntington Beach, anyone heading out locally and wants to hoop together for safety reasons let me know.
Pretty much have everything ready to roll. I even have some extra skippy for lobster bait if needed. Live off PCH and Seapoint.
Buzz me at 714-812-2478.
Hoop Up!

Hey Ron,
I've got plans already for the opener, but I'd love to hook up with you during the season and hoop locally. I'll send you a PM with my info if you don't already have it.

Ron & Kevin,
I would like to join either of you one of these evenings for a hooping session I do not think I can make it out for this weekends opener (it will most likely be a zoo out there with this nice weather) I might be able to do Sunday night. I did fairly decent last season in Newport. _________________ Thanks,

Shaggy,
What's up? Long time no see. Anyways, keep my # number I would love to hit Newport with you. I called the Harbour Patrol last year and they said it was ok to hoop inside the jetty, just have to be out of the navigation path. Any experience with this?
Hoop it up!

Ron,
I talked to the harbor patrol last year regarding this and they told me the same thing I have not tried inside the harbor since there is heavy boat traffic some nights with the big entertainment boats that cruise the harbor they do not go outside the harbor but go just to the harbormouth they make me very nervous so I go outside the harbor when I hoop Newport and I also do not want to have my nets snagged by the people that fish from the jetties. Too much hassle to hoop inside Newport harbor so I usually go outside and drop a net or two off one of the jetties and then head out to the eel grass beds I have marked on my GPS. Hey Kevin, I see by your Avatar you got a few tails this summer I will always post when I plan to go hooping and where so if anyone wants to join me they can I will most likely go out either on Saturday or Sunday evenings. _________________ Thanks,
