A few questions from a newby from South Africa.
1. Question to the locals. Is catching lobsters with hoopnets legal in South Africa? When is it open season? What is the size and bag limits?
2. I have heard that people place the bait in women's nylon pantyhose which causes the lobster to get "stuck" on the bait and cannot flee so easily. Is this legal? If so I have given you a good tip Smile

1. You would have to check your local regulations to figure that one out. Google is your friend.

2. That is very illegal in this state. Might be OK over there, check your local regs...
