Ok, I took a trip to Guatemala with the intention of fishing sail fish. Guatemala is well known for having the best sailfish fishing in the world; so I thought it just might be a good place to give it a try.
Here are the rough accommodations that my wife and I had to put up with.

| Actually my wife is from Guatemala, and has family there that we stay with. So do to those fortunate circumstances, I'm able to do a fishing trip like that. I'm working on doing some kayak fishing there. Sportfishing is exceptionally limited on Guatemala's pacific, but they have a bunch of real fighters, i.e., jacks, dodos, roosters, TFT... Perhaps this summer. |
